General Information




Massage 49 is a retreat for your mind body and spirit.  We require draping in all sessions and treatments.  Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Our staff is compiled of both male and female therapist, if should you have a preference, please let us know.  We strive to make every experience both comfortable and relaxing. Dedicate your time at Massage 49 to complete relaxation.  Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption from the outside world.


Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a  75% cancellation fee.  Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".


Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book  in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment.  If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list.  A credit card number is required for appointments over $100 and/or if scheduling for parties of two or more.

Gift Certificates /Gift Cards
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website.  Appointment  "no shows" will void the gift certificate.  Gift certificates are non refundable but are transferable.  Gift certificates can be redeemed for equal value and can be applied to any treatment and/or retail item.  Any amount remaining on a gift certificate will be reissued in gift certificate form.   

Specials
Our special prices cannot be combined with other special offers. A special offer is valid only for the amount of time it entails. If you would like to add more time it can be done at the regular price of the service.

Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time . Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment. 

Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable.  Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.


Payment
We accept cash, and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
